Advice is also available for Landlords who require further information relating to Government regulations concerning Gas Safety, Electrical Equipment Safety and Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety.
This comprehensive service also covers the payments of any ground rent and service charges that need to be made as well as dealing with tenant’s deposits both at the outset and end of each tenancy. Along with a key holding service, Inventories of the contents of each property are conducted at the beginning and end of each tenancy, with a written report for the Landlords retention.
Ashley Milton have a panel of contractors that are used for property repairs and maintenance. All contractors are vetted, references are taken and their pricing competitiveness is regularly monitored. Additionally, all panel contractors have to supply Ashley Milton with copies of their annual liability insurance certificates.
In addition to Property Management of individual properties on behalf of Landlords, Ashley Milton are able to offer Residential Block Management.
Landlords who select a full Property Management service receive detailed monthly statements showing all rental income received along with any expenditure on their behalf.
